 Returning Your Rental Van

Please return the van with the same fuel level it had at pickup. If fuel is below that level, a refueling charge will apply. Late returns are billed hourly, up to twice the daily rental rate. Each rental includes 100 miles per day; additional mileage is charged at $2.00 per mile.

Cleaning Fee Policy

If the vehicle requires more than standard cleaning when returned, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.

No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited. A $350 fee will be added if the vehicle is returned with smoke odor or residue.

Traveling With Animals

Service animals are welcome. If additional cleaning is required after travel with a service animal, a $250 fee may be assessed. Non-service pets may result in cleaning and damage fees starting at $150.

Wheelchair Users Who Drive

Drivers who use a wheelchair may rent our vans as long as they can safely transfer to the driver’s seat and do not require hand controls.

Additional Drivers

Multiple drivers may be added to the rental agreement if they have valid licenses and are covered under the primary renter’s insurance policy.

Rental Van Features

Every rental van is carefully inspected, features low mileage, and includes modern accessibility features such as lowered floors, secure tie-downs, and your choice of side-entry or rear-entry access. We rent only high-quality vans we purchase new to ensure comfort, reliability, and safety.

Pickup Locations

Rentals are available at our Lakeland location, with optional delivery throughout the surrounding area. Airport delivery is also available for select locations—contact us for details and fees.

Delivery & Airport Services

We offer convenient delivery and pickup options for local service areas and select airports. Additional fees apply depending on distance and airport requirements. Contact us for details.

Rent-to-Own Option

If you love the van you rented, you can apply up to one week of rental fees toward the purchase of your own accessible van when purchased within 30 days. This gives you a low-risk way to experience different models before deciding.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your rental with no penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee of the total rental amount.
